鍾明崇先生正向教育學院創辦人。他是粵港澳地區首位正向心理學碩士，也是第一位師承正向心理學之父Martin Seligman的香港人，主要研究【正向教育於華人社會的實踐】，盼望人人能活出各自的豐盛，並在多元中合一，成就大同社會。

鍾先生曾於世界財富500強的公司擔任人事顧問，後來投身教育。他希望學員從經歷中找到人生意義，活得豐盛。

2014年，他創辦 Teengineer正向教育學院，推廣正向心理學，夥伴機構包括：政務司司長辦公室、教育局、機場管理局、香港麻醉科醫學院、香港大學、科技大學、南華早報、賽馬會等

近年他致力於公眾教育，建立「齊家友」正向家長平台，聚集熱衷的家長。「齊家友」學習正向心理學方法，參與社會服務，送暖予有需要的社群(如:孤兒、病童、獨居老人等)，實踐「先齊家，後平天下」的理念。他曾於《ViuTV》、《香港商報》、《經濟日報》、《The Standard》分享心得。

My focus of work is on marriage and family problems as well as crisis and trauma work by using multi-level intervention. Before retirement, I also engaged learning in coaching as well.

I am now working as a freelancer, providing clinical work and supervision, training and sometimes occasionally coaching service as well.

I believe every single student owns all resources they need to achieve their own goals. My role is to calibrate and facilitate all kinds of different internal resources inside out by whatever means on pushing and pulling the student’s resources to reach their destinations.
