Dr. Jason Kong has over 30 years working experience whilst 15 years+ is of Senior Management Position.  He is the Project Lead of numerous change management workshops particularly for the top management team and engaging staff at all levels. He has extensive experience in leadership program, enhancing relationship management and communication skills.  He is a transformational leader and coach for delivering transformation programs so as to turn vision into reality.

He is a Chartered Engineer and had been working in a leading local company on various Senior positions with full credentials including plant engineering management, formulation of maintenance strategy & policy, RCM, HAZOP study, safety management, quality assurance, asset management, process re-engineering, project management,  Lead Auditor, Change Team Leader, and the EPCM contract management.

Moreover, He was the key person leading to the Champion award of the " 1^st Hong Kong Six Sigma Convention 2005 ”. He had also been appointed as External Specialist of the Program Review Panel of the City University (SCOPE), Hong Kong in 2012 and invited by the University of Hong Kong in October 2015 to participate in a research study entitled " An Exploration of Lean Construction Standards and Tools for Improving Productivity in Hong Kong Construction Industry ".
