Adeline 於教育界服務超過15年，曾獲傑出教師獎。於中學擔任輔導老師時，尤其關注特別學習支援及家長教育。她同時擁有輔導學及教育兩個碩士學位，並獲得國際教練學認證，是亞洲少數同時擁有 教育 、 輔導 、 家庭治療 、 教練 ，四項專業資格的專才。離開校園後，Adeline本著助人的心，為有需要的人提供專業的輔導及教練服務，實踐愛人的精神。

Adeline is currently an Associate Fellow of Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association (HKPCA). Her calm and sensitive personality helps bring comfort and inspiration to her clients from different walks of life.

She is also a licensed teacher in Hong Kong who has been offering counselling and guidance to teenagers and families for over 15 years.

She is a certified educator in the Bringing Baby Home programme in Gottman Institute , and a certified facilitator in the Tuning into Kids Programme in the Mindful Centre of the University of Melbourne.

She specializes in using Cognitive Behavorial Therapy (CBT) , Solution-Focused approach, psychodynamic approach and coaching to help individuals. She adopts Gottman's Method Therapy and Bowen's approach to help couples and families facing stress, problematic affairs and adjustments.

After she became an Associate Certified Meta-Coach in 2018, she also works as a relationship Coach to help her clients.
