As a banker he worked across HKSAR, China, Asia and Central Europe. His experience ranged from data analytics to investment banking taking care top 1000 clients of the international bank he spent over 15 years with. Over this time, he successfully coached the first analytics department in Shanghai, setup a bank from zero and coached the middle managers in Central Europe. He later found 2 credit reference agencies across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area and nominated as Co CEO for Guangzhou and Guangxi credit bureau, leading these organizations significant change agendas and developed unique insights into their business leadership team. He also has experience in IT and construction industries. Albert’s coaching philosophy grounded in the key fundamentals of business and leadership. He brings more than 20 years of international business experience in very challenging industries and dynamic environments. He works with senior executive on bringing strategic changes and new business directives.
