What is Meta-Coaching?
Meta-Coaching refers to facilitating a coaching conversation, a conversation like none other. it’s a conversation that’s explores with a curious fascination and non-judgement how a person performs a task, an emotion, a belief, a relationship, a business or a life. Is a fierce conversation that guest to the heart of things – to the heart of a persons matrix of frames and meanings to invite a paradigm shift for personal transformation.
At the heart of Meta-Coaching is process facilitation which enables a client (an individual or organization) to identify, develop, and unleash potentials and/or goals to make them actual (actualize). The Meta-Coaching approach is based on the Meaning – Performance Axes for making a person’s highest semantics (visions, values, beliefs, understandings, challenges) real in actual behaviour (in neurology, muscle memory, and one’s way of operating in the world).
