BOEY 擁有 15 年以上義務童軍領袖經驗，一直抱著啟發青少年就能改變社會的信念，致力青少年的教育工作。成為家長後， 更深深體會家庭對下一代的影響至為強大深遠，亦了解到家長很多時被坊間大量育兒資訊轟炸，容易迷失自己，故希望從親職教育及教練著手，助家長找到最合適自己與子女的相處模式，迎向理想的親子關係，進一步扶持下一代茁壯成長。現時主力以網上形式進行教練節，客戶遍佈英國、意大利、美國、澳洲、南非、日本等地。
深受童軍運動啟發的BOEY亦喜歡使用「從做中學習」的方式讓孩子有更多生活體驗

Boey has volunteered as a Scout Leader for 15+ years, and keeps doing youth education work with the belief that inspiring youth can change the world. After being a mom, she has a deep experience that family affects the next generation’s development the most. She observed that many parents are bombarded by parenting information flooded on the internet, but the parents don't know how to choose the best way that suits their family and their kids. This is the reason that she is dedicated to being a Parenting Meta-Coach, to facilitate parents to achieve their own parenting model, and embrace good parent-child relationships. Boey works online with parents in various countries including Britain, Italy, America, Australia, South Africa, Japan, etc.
