Dr. L. Michael HALL
Dr. L. Michael Hall is a visionary leader in the field of NLP and Neuro-Semantics, and a modeler of human excellence. Searching out areas of human excellence, he models the structure of that expertise and then turns that information into models, patterns, training manuals, and books. With his several businesses, Michael is also an entrepreneur and an international trainer.
His doctorate is in the Cognitive-Behavioral sciences from Union Institute University. For two decades he worked as a psychotherapist in Colorado. When he found NLP in 1986, he studied and then worked with Richard Bandler. Later when studying and modeling resilience, he developed the Meta-States Model (1994) that launched the field of Neuro-Semantics. He co-created International Society of Neuro-Semantics (ISNS) with Dr. Bob Bodenhamer. Learning the structure of writing, he began writing and has written more than 70 books, many best sellers in the field of NLP.
Applying NLP to coaching, he created the Meta-Coach System, this was co-developed with Michelle Duval (2003-2007), he co-founded the Meta-Coach Foundation (2003), created the Self-Actualization Quadrants (2004) and launched the new Human Potential Movement (2005).

Membership in ISNS (International Society of Neuro-Semantics) is based on a shared vision, mission, and code of ethics (values). ISNS is a governing board that provides certification for psychosomatic semantic trainers and advanced coaches.
THE VISION
To make explicit the processes for creating inspiring meanings and integrating them into performance. Our vision is to launch an international community of professional men and women who know and love Neuro-Semantics. It is to see people take NLP to higher levels in performance and attitute, use the Meta-State model to apply to self. To “walk the talk” to live with congruence and integrity. To work together collaboratively to achieve more together than alone or apart. To live by higher frames of abundance, win/win collegial relationships, and mutual accountability.

Our aim is to eliminate the knowing-doing gap that prevents the full experiencing of the great ideas and principles. Our mission is to take our skills and experiences to higher levels of personal power and focus, genius states, integrity, creativity, cooperation, resilience, etc.
We will apply Meta-States to new areas and to develop new models and patterns that affect our health and fitness, wealth creation, leadership , cultural change, political change, etc. In a word, our mission to produce the most robust performance of our highest and most inspiring meanings.
